The officer, thereafter, submitted an application seeking Earned Leave for 10 days from 16.11.2022 to 25.11.2022. The period from the date of reporting in DOPT on 14.11.2022 till the officer reports for duty on expiry of his leave i.e., till 25.11 .2022 may be treated as ‘Compulsory wait’.
- The pay and allowances in respect of Shri Karunesh Pratap Singh, US for the period of joining time and “Compulsory wait” will be paid by the R.M.L. Hospital where he is posted.
