ORDER

Shri C. Gangadharan, Director (CSL No.4773) was transferred and posted from Ministry of Mines to Ministry of Culture vide Order of even Number dated16.06.2020.
2. In terms of Rule-19 of CSS Rules, 2009, upon inter-cadre transfer, a CSS officer is to be relieved by the participating Ministry/Department within 45 days of transfer orders and thereafter, the officer concerned is deemed to have been relieved by the Ministry/Department concerned to join the Ministry/Department to which he/she has been posted. If not relieved within 45 days, the officer concerned shall be deemed to have been relieved and thereafter the officer shall not be entitled to draw any salary and allowances from the Ministry/Department from which transferred.
3. Therefore, the Competent Authority in this Department hereby orders that Shri C. Gangadharan, Director stands relieved from the rolls of the Ministry of Mines with effect from 10.09.2020 (F.N). The officer is further directed to report to Ministry of Culture immediately. No formal relieving order from the Ministry of Mines is required. It is also informed that failure to comply with this order will make the officer liable to punitive action under appropriate rules without any further notice. It will also be incumbent upon the Ministry of Mines and the officer concerned not to draw salary beyond the stipulated date.
