ORDER
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. No5/8/2022-CS.I(U) dated 24.06.2022 and O.M. No.5/11/2022-CS.I(U) dated 30.06.2022 promoting officers on regular basis to Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS; and who were directed to initially furnish their joining to the grade of Under Secretary of CSS on ‘as is where is basis’.
2. Pursuant to the above order, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to transfer the officers whose names appear in Annexure of this Order for posting as Under Secretaries in the Ministry / Department as indicated against their names.
2.1 The posting of the officer mentioned at SI. No. 31 of the Annexure, is effective from 08.07.2022. The period as mentioned against his name till date, is treated as ‘Compulsory wait’, and his pay \& allowances for the period shall be paid by the respective Ministry/Department to which he is being posted.
3. Ministries/Departments concerned shall ensure immediate compliance of this order so that number of officers does not exceed their respective sanctioned strength, and the vacancies in the respective place(s) of posting of the officer(s), are filled up without delay especially in view of ensuing Parliament session. A compliance report regarding relieving and joining of the officer
4. The requisite entries with regard to relieving and joining of the officers may be reflected in the Web Based Cadre Management System (CSCMS module) by the Ministries/Department concerned.
