OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Training Programme for the professional development of Sr. PPS/PPS of the CSSS at ISTM from 19.07.2010 to 30.07.2010.

The undersigned is directed to say that Sr.PPS/PPS of CSS whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Professional Development Workshop being conducted by the ISTM from 19.07.2010 to 30.07.2010. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Shri A.J.K. Menon, Assistant Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 19.07.2010.

  1. Cadre Authorities are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above workshop are released in time. The training is compulsory and no request for exemption of the nomination of the officer either from the Ministry/Department or the officer concerned shall be entertained by this Department or the Institute.

  2. As part of the Workshop, the participants would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the tour all the administrative Ministries/Departments would require to sanction an advance. The amount of advance to be sanctioned would be intimated directly to the Ministry/Department of the participating officers by ISTM in due course.

  3. Confirmation with regard to the release of the officers along with their respective bio-data may please be sent to Shri A.J.K. Menon, Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi by 5.07.2010 at the aforesaid address with a copy to the undersigned.
