Subject: Training programme from 07.09 .2015 to 25.09 .2015 for MTS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that the MTSs whose names are given in Annexure of this O.M, have been nominated to participate in the training programme being conducted by ISTM from 07.09.2015 to 25.08.2015.

2. As part of the Training Programme, the participants would be undergoing a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the study tour, all the administrative Ministries/Departments are required to sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participants, along-with the relieving order.
3. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties in time with the direction to report to Smt. Geetha Nair, Joint Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 07.09 .2015 .
