Training Programme for MTS from 25.05.2015 to 12.06.2015

This Office Memorandum details a mandatory training programme for MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) officials conducted by the ISTM from May 25th to June 12th, 2015. Successful completion is a prerequisite for promotion to the next grade of LDC (Lower Division Clerk). Cadre units are instructed to relieve nominated officers in time, and administrative Ministries/Departments must sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000 as travel allowance. The memorandum also lists the names of the participating officials and their respective departments, spanning across various ministries including Culture, Rural Development, Health & Family Welfare, Labour & Employment, Agriculture, Commerce, Home Affairs, and more.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Training Programme from 25.05.2015 to 12.06.2015 for MTS

The undersigned is directed to say that MTSs, whose names are given in the Appendix to this OM, have been nominated to participate in the Training Programme being conducted by the ISTM from 25.05.2015 to 12.06.2015. It may be noted that the training programme is mandatory in nature and officials who participate and successfully complete shall only be considered for promotion to the next grade of LDC.

  1. Cadre units are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above training programme are relieved in time.
  2. As part of the training programme, the participant would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the study tour, all the administrative Ministries/Departments are required to sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant along with their relieving order.
  3. It is requested that these officers be relieved of their duties without fail with the direction to report to Shri R.K. Kundi, Deputy Director, ISTM Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 25.05.2015.
