The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has announced a training program for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Lower Division Clerks (LDC) working in Ministries/Departments participating in the Centralized Staffing Scheme (CSCS). This training, to be conducted by the ISTM, is in addition to the existing Cadre Training Plan for CSS. All cadre units are requested to submit a list of MTS and LDC personnel, using the provided proforma, by January 9th, 2015, to facilitate the training arrangements. The compilation of this information is to be prioritized.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Training of MTSs and LDCs-reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to impart training to MTS and LDCs working in Ministries/Departments participating in CSCS in addition to the existing Cadre Training Plan (CTP) for CSS. The training would be imparted by ISTM. As the MTS and LDC cadres are decentralized one, the number of MTS & LDCs to be sent for training is required to be compiled in the first instance.
- All the cadre units are, therefore, requested to forward a list of MTS and LDCs (as per the Proforma enclosed), to this Department immediately so that ISTM can be informed accordingly.
- The compilation may be given top priority and furnished to this Department by 09.01.2015.
