OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Supplementary Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of Central Secretariat Service(CSS) for the year 2010.

The Competent Authority has approved the recommendations of the DPC in its meeting held on 27.10.2010 for inclusion of 84 Grade I(Under Secretary) of Central Secretariat Service(CSS) in the Supplementary Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of Central Secretariat Service(CSS) for the year 2010 as per Annexure. The suitability of two officers is under process as per provisions contained in DOP&T guidelines No.21011/1/2010-Estt.A dated 13.04.2010 and will be considered for being placed at the appropriate place(s) in the DSSL 2010 in the next DPC.

1. Order for promotion of the empanelled officers would be issued separately based on vacancies arising from time to time.

2. Finalistion of the above select List is subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata later transferred to the Hon’ble CAT(PB), Delhi in the matter relating to Ms. Garima Singh Vs. UOI & Ors.
