Subject:-Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2004 – Nomination of qualified candidates.

The undersigned is directed to say that the final results of the above-mentioned Examination which was held on 21.11.2004 by the Staff Selection Commission have been declared on 17.06.2005. Allocation of the candidates recommended by the Commission on the basis of the above Examination against the vacancies reported by the cadres for the Departmental Examination Quota for the Select List 2004 has been made in the enclosed Annexure. The cadres may complete the necessary formalities in accordance with the extant rules/regulation and thereafter appoint the nominated candidates against DE Quota vacancy in their cadre. The dossiers of the candidates may be retained, on their appointment, in the Ministries/Departments as part of their personal files. It is requested that before the candidates are actually appointed, particulars of their service etc. as shown in the dossiers may kindly be checked up from the original entries available in their respective Service Books.

  1. The Staff Selection Commission have not recommended any ST candidate.
  2. It is requested that the qualified candidates may be relieved immediately for appointment as Steno Grade ‘C’ in CSSS cadre to which they have been nominated under intimation to this Department.
  3. In case any discrepancy is noted in the case of any candidate the same be brought to the notice of SSC immediately. Further, on refusal to accept the offer of appointment/join the post in the nominated cadre by any candidate, his/her dossier may be returned directly to SSC after canceling his/end/didature, under intimation to this Department.
  4. Receipt of this O.M. together with the enclosures may kindly be acknowledged.

Subject:- Stenographer Grade C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2004- Nomination of candidates from the reserve list of CSSS against the additional vacancies.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 21.07 .2005 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the results of the main examination of Steno Grade C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2004 which was held on 21.11.2004, was declared on 17.06.2005. Accordingly, the nomination of 11 qualified candidates was made vide this Department O.M. of even number dated 21.7.2005. On the request of this Department the SSC has recommended 8 more qualified candidates of this Examination for appointment as Grade ‘ C ‘ in the CSSS for the SL year 2004 for DE Quota.
2.

It has been decided to allocate these 8 ( 6 General and 2 SC ) qualified candidates to the cadres of CSSS as indicated in the Annexure to this O.M. The cadres may complete the necessary formalities in accordance with the extant rules/regulation and thereafter appoint the nominated candidates against DE Quota vacancy in their cadre. The dossiers of the candidates may be retained, on their appointment, in the Ministries/Departments as part of the their personal files. It is requested that before the candidates are actually appointed, particulars of their service etc. as shown in the dossiers may kindly be checked up from the original entries available in their respective Service Books.

These 8 candidates will be en-bloc junior in their respective categories to the candidates nominated earlier by this Department on 21.07.2005.
4.

It is requested that the qualified candidates may be relieved immediately for appointment as Steno Grade ‘ C ‘ in CSSS cadre to which they have been nominated under intimation to this Department.

In annexure to OM of even No. dated 21/7/2005 the present cadre of Ms. Phani Tulasi K. Ch., Roll No.1210143, Rank No. 002 was inadvertently shown as ‘Food’ and she was nominated for appointment in the cadre of UPSC. In the annexure to this OM, her present cadre has been corrected as ‘Industry’ and she has also been renominated from UPSC to M/o Petroleum \& NG.


  1. In case any discrepancy is noted in the case of any candidate the same be brought to the notice of SSC immediately. Further, on refusal to accept the offer of appointment/join the post in the nominated cadre by any candidate, his/her dossier may be returned directly to SSC after canceling his/her candidature, under intimation to this Department.
  2. Receipt of this O.M. together with the enclosures may kindly be acknowledged.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.08 .2005 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the result of the main examination of Steno Grade C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2004 which was held on 21.11 .2004 , was declared on 17.06 .2005 . Accordingly, the nomination of 11 and 08 qualified candidates was made vide this Department O.M. of even number dated 21.7.2005 and 30.8.2005 respectively. On the request of this Department, the SSC has recommended 08 more qualified candidates of this Examination for appointment as Grade ‘ C ‘ in the CSSS for the SL year 2004 for DE Quota (Dossier of one candidate has not been received).

These 07 candidates will be en-bloc junior in their respective categories to the candidates nominated earlier by this Department on 30.08.2005.

It is requested that after completing the necessary formalities, the qualified candidates may be relieved immediately for appointment as Steno Grade ‘ C ‘ in CSSS cadre to which they have been nominated under intimation to this Department.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 15.12 .2005 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the result of the main examination of Steno Grade C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2004 which was held on 21.11.2004, was declared on 17.06.2005. Accordingly, the nomination of 11 and 08 qualified candidates was made vide this Department O.M. of even number dated 21.7.2005 and 30.8.2005 respectively. In addition to this, on the request of this Department, the SSC had recommended 08 more qualified candidates of this Examination for appointment as Grade ‘ $C$ ‘ in the CSSS for the SL year 2004 for DE Quota) but allocation of only 07 candidates was made to the different cadres vide O.M. dated 15.12.2005, as the dossier of Shri A.K.Shrivastava one of the qualified candidates, was not available
2. The dossier of Shri A.K.Shrivastava has now become available. It has been decided to allocate Shri A.K.Shrivastava (Rank No.008H), working in the cadre of Road Transport \& Highways to the cadre of I\&B. The cadre may complete the necessary formalities in accordance with the extant rules/regulation and thereafter appoint the nominated candidate against DE Quota vacancy in their cadre. The dossier of the candidate may be retained on his appointment, in the Ministry of I\&B as part of his personal file. It is requested that before the candidate is actually appointed, particulars of his service etc. as shown in the dossier may kindly be checked up from the original entries available in his Service Book.
