Subject: Status of Vigilance Clearance, Major/Minor Penalty certificate and ACRs/APARs in respect of Sr. PPS for preparation of panel of PSO of CSSS for SLY 2015 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 01.04.2015 and 16.04.2015 on the subject above. The concerned cadre units were requested to provide the Vigilance Clearance as on date, Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years, ACRs/APARs and disclosure certificate in respect of Sr. PPSs.
- The concerned cadre units were also requested to ensure that the instructions as provided in this Department’s OM No. 21011/1/2010-Estt.(A) dated 13.04.2010 have been complied with. It was also requested to ensure that the IPR in respect of these officials have been forwarded to this Division and personal particulars of these officials have been uploaded in the Web Based Cadre Management Software of CSSS.
- Despite lapse of considerable time, complete information in respect of some officers has not been received in this Division so far. The information/document which are not available in respect of some officers has been indicated in the enclosed Annexure. It may be noted that the proposal for preparation of panel of PSO of SLY 2015 is held up for want of the documents mentioned above. It is, therefore, requested to furnish the same immediately.
