Status of Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate for preparation of panel of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of CSSS for SLY 2017

S

This office memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training addresses the delayed receipt of Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor Penalty Certificates, as well as ACR/APAR dossiers, for 22 and 27 officers respectively. The delay hinders the formation of a panel of Principal Private Secretaries for SLY 2017. Concerned cadre units and individual officers are urged to expedite the submission of the required information to ensure timely processing. Annexures I and II list the officers for whom the documentation is still pending. The document highlights ongoing follow-up actions, referencing previous reminders issued on October 5th, November 2nd, and December 5th, 2018.
