ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/19/2018-AIS-(I) B dated 17.04.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide letter No.F.6(1)Pers./A-I/2017 dated 03.05.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 14 in the Select List of 2017 (SCS category) shall be placed below Smt. Archana Singh, a junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Kumar Pal Gautam, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 3.
