ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Meghalaya segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/28/2022-AIS-I (B) dated 27.02.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.6/2016/Pt/448 dated 06.03.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-
