ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Meghalaya segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s DOPT’s notification No. 14015/28/2018-AIS-I (B) dated 24.09.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.6/2016/Pt/130 dated 04.10.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time.

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Tableland Lyngwa, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL 2016) and above Dr. Lakshmanan S., senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Meghalaya Segment of Joint Assam -Meghalaya Cadre. 3.
