ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Maharashtra Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No 14015/14/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 27.11.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter no. AIS-1018/CR.693/2018/X dated 19.12.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri C.K. Dange, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL-2016) and above Shri Milind N. Borikar, the junior most promotee AS officer of 2010 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Maharashtra cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 5 the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Sanjay Meena, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Ravindra L. Binwade, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Maharashtra cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
