ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Jharkhand Cadre from Non-State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/10/2018-AIS-(I) B dated 30.01.2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. 1/C-203/2018 Part-A dated 01.01.2019, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, other relevant rules as amended from time to time and the weightage formula:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2017 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Chandra Shekhar, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Mukesh Kumar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Jharkhand Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2017 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Dr. Waghmare Pd Krishna, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Jharkhand Cadre. 3.
