ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Himachal Pradesh Cadre from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/08/2020-AIS-(I) B dated 04.06.2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide their letter No. Per(A-I)B(15)-11/75-IV dated 12.06.2020, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 in the Select List of 2019 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Neeraj Kumar, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch (SL – 2018) and above Shri Nipun Jindal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre. 3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 3 to 11 in the Select List of 2019 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Arindam Chaudhary, junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Apoorv Devgan, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre. 4.
