ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Himachal Pradesh Cadre from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/08/2021-AIS-(I) B dated 25.06.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide their letter No. Per(A-I)B(15)-11/75-IV dated 03.07.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 in the Select List of 2020 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Mukesh Repaswal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Shri Anurag Chander, senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
