Consequent upon appointment of-officers from State Civil Services (SCS category) of Assam Segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in Select List of 2017(against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017) vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/03/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 03.12.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Assam vide letter No.AAI.20/2018/123 dated 28.12.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended from time to time as per weightage formula as under:
