ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Andhra Pradesh Cadre on the basis of inclusion of the name of the officer in the Select Lists of 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/01/2024-AIS.I-B dated 18.08.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide their letter No. 2516621/SC.A/A2/2025 dated 26.08.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

| 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned above in the Select List of 2023 shall be placed below Shri Abhishek Gowda M.J., IAS (RR:AP:2020), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2020 batch and above Shri Prakhar Jain, IAS (RR:AP:2021), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2021 batch of Andhra Pradesh Cadre. |
