ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from the State Civil Service to IAS of Assam segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya cadre on inclusion of their names in the Select List 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/03/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 13.06.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Assam vide letter No. AAI.3/2022/81 dated 16.06.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of officers has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 11 of the Select List of 2021 shall be placed below Shri Pallav Gopal Jha, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Dilip Kumar Borah, promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch under Non-SCS category (Select List 2018) of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre.
