ORDER
Consequent upon appointment into IAS of Gujarat Cadre on the basis of inclusion of the name for the Select List 2021(SCS Category) vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/06/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 13.01.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Gujarat vide their letter No.AIS/10.2022/efile/2023/0390/G. dated 13.01.2023, the Seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select list 2021 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri P.B. Pandya, promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch (Select List 2020) and above Shri Baranwal Varunkumar Jagdish, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Gujarat cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 10 in the Select list 2021 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Ajay Dahia, junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri V.K. Advani, senior most promotee IAS officer of 2014 batch (Non-SCS category Select List 2017) of Gujarat cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
