ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2019 vide Notification No. 14015/19/2020-AIS-(I)-B(2) dated 22nd October, 2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No. F.6 (2)/Pers/AI/2019 dated 02.11.2020, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers of Select List 2019 mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 12 shall be placed below Shri Kanhaiya Lal Swami, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 (Review SL-2018) batch and and above Shri Mahaveer Prasad, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL-2016 -Non-SCS Category) of Rajasthan Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers of Select List 2019 mentioned at SI. No. 13 to 14 shall be placed below Shri Anupama Jorwal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Ms. Rukmani Riar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 3.
