ORDER
The Government of Bihar vide their letter no. I/C-1007/2013(khand)-GAD-7045 dated 22.7.2014 have requested to fix the seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select List of 2013 (non SCS category) vide this Ministry’s notifications No. 14015/4/2013-AIS-I(B) dated $26^{\text {th }}$ March 2014. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are as under-:-
Non-SCS [Select List-2013 (Vacancies arisen between 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012)]
2. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. $1 \& 2$ of the select list of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Amrendra Prasad Singh, junior most promotee IAS officer (Non-SCS category officer of SL of 2012) of 2007 batch and above Ms. Ashima Jain, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2008 batch of Bihar cadre.

2.1 Seniority/year of allotment of Shri Rajeshwar Prashad Singh at Sl. No. 2 in the Select List of 2013 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
