ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Prajapati and Shri Ramesh Chandra by promotion from SCS to IAS of Uttar Pradesh cadre on declaration of their names as ‘Unconditional and Final’ by the UPSC vide its letter No.6/20/2022-AIS dated 11.01.2023 in the Select List of 2021 and this Department’s Notification No.14015/22/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 16.01.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter No.75/2-1-2023-29/1(1)/2022 dated 27.01.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of these promotee officers of Select List 2021 has been determined under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI.No.1 in the Select List of 2021 shall be placed below Shri Ashutosh Mohan Agnihotri and above Shri Kamta Prasad Singh, promotee IAS officers of 2016 batch (SL-2021) of Uttar Pradesh Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI.No. 2 in the Select List of 2021 shall be placed below Shri Kamta Prasad Singh and above Shri Ram Sahay Yadav, promotee IAS officers of 2016 batch (SL-2021) of Uttar Pradesh Cadre.
3. This issues in partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 14.11.2022. The orders may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
