ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers from Non-SCS category of Rajasthan Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/19/2020-AIS-I (B) dated 18.03.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No F.6(3) Pers/A-I/2017 dated 27.08.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide notification No.14014/4.2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2015 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time.

  • Seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been restricted as per provisions of the rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS(Regulation of Seniority ) Rules, 1987 which provides that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 in the Select List of 2019 shall be placed below Smt, Anjali Rajoria, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Ms. Tina Dabi, senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
