ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers to IAS of Karnataka cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2022 vide this Department’s Notification No.14014/11/2023-AIS.I(B) dated 17.08.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Karnataka vide their letter No. e.DPAR 44 SAS 2023 dated 02.09.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 in the Select list of 2022 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Anand Prakash Meena, junior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch and above Shri Lavish Ordia, senior most RR IAS officer of 2020 batch of Karnataka cadre.
