ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS by Selection (Non SCS category) from the Select List of 2019 vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/07/2020-AIS(I)-B dated 25th October, 2022 and on receipt of a proposal from the Government of Haryana vide their letter No. 66/2/2019-6S(I) dated 22nd November 2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time with weightage formula is as under:

- Seniority/year of allotment of officer mentioned at SI. No. 4 in the Select List of 2019(Non-SCS Category) has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS(Regulation of Seniority ) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned above in the select list of 2019-NSCS shall be placed below Shri Rahul Narwal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Vishram Kumar Meena, senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Haryana cadre.
