ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Goa segment of Joint AGMUT cadre to IAS on promotion on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists from 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2020 vide this Department’s Notifications No.14015/25/2020-AIS-(I)-B dated 09.03.2021 and No.14015/25/2021-AIS-(I)-B dated 23.11.2021 and on receipt of a proposal from the Ministry of Home Affairs vide their O.M. No.14016/03/2020.UTS-1 dated 23.03.2022, the Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. No officer was found eligible for appointment to IAS for the Select List 2014, 2015 and 2017. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:
