ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2021 and 2022 vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/13/2023-AIS-(I) B dated 22.06.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter No.E-1/34/2022/5-I dated 10.07.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 15 in the Select List of 2021 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Ms. Misha Singh, junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Abhilash Mishra, senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 in the Select List of 2022 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Sher Singh Meena, junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 and above Shri Siddharth Jain, senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 3 to 12 in the Select List of 2022 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Ms. Jyoti Sharma, junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 and above Shri Shreyans Kumat, senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 4. The above appointments are subject to the outcome of WA No. 652 of 2023 filed by State of Madhya Pradesh vs. Kamal Nagar, WP No. 11641/2023 filed by Sh. Narayana Prasad Namdeo, OA No. 242/2018 (Sh. Vinay Nigam), OA No. 403/2018 (Sh. Arun Parmar), OA No. 379/2018 (Sh. Rajesh Ogrey), OA No. 482/2018 (Sh. Vivek Shrotriya), OA No. 380 (Smt.
