ORDER

Consequent upon appointment by Selection to IAS of Tamil Nadu Cadre from Non-State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of her name in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/21/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 29.12.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter No.213/Spl.A/2024-1 dated 23.02.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of the Non SCS IAS Officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

Date: 21.03.20242.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned above in the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Shri A. Sankar (TN:2017), the junior most SCS IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri Madhubalan L (RR:TN:2018), senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Tamil Nadu Cadre.
