2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2021 (SCS) shall be placed below Smt. Padmini Bhoi Sahu (CG:2016), the junior most promote IAS officer (appointed from SCS) of 2016 batch and above Shri Gopal Verma (CG:2016), the promotee IAS officer (selected from Non-SCS) of 2016 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 of the Select List of 2021 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Abinash Mishra (RR:CG:2018), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Ms. Namrata Jain (RR:CG:2019), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Chhattisgarh Cadre.
