Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Jharkhand Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/10/2024-AIS-I(S-II&III)-B dated 30.12.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. 1/सी०-212/2024 को 08.01.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

No. 1 to 7 of the Select List of 2023 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Manoj Kumar Ranjan (JH:2014), the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Ananya Mittal (RR:JH:2015), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Jharkhand Cadre. 3.
