Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to the IAS of Maharashtra Cadre, on the basis of inclusion of their names for Select List 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/14/2024-AIS (I)-B dated 14th October, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter No. AIS-1324/C.R.475/2024/IAS-1(X) dated 18.11.2024, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. - As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 23 of the Select List of 2023 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Kardile Rahul Kashinath, the junior most RR:IAS Officer of 2015 batch (RR:MH:2015) of Maharashtra Cadre and above Shri Yogesh Vijay Kumbhejhkar, the senior most IAS Officer of 2016 batch (RR:MH:2016) of Maharashtra Cadre.
