ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Tamil Nadu Cadre from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2019 (Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/21/2020-AIS(I)-B dated 15.09.2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter No. 1064/2020-1 dated 08.10.2020, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 in the Select List 2019 shall be placed below Dr. Narnaware Manish Shankarrao, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Prathap M., senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Tamil Nadu Cadre. 3.
