ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Services (SCS category) to the IAS of Tamil Nadu cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for Select List 2022 vide this DoPT Notification No. 14015/21/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 28th March, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter No. 05/2023-23 dated 03.04.2024, the Seniority/year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules, weightage formula is as under:

Contd..2/2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 of the Select List of 2022 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri Birathiviraj M (RR:TN:2019), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch and above Shri Srutanjay Narayanan (RR:TN:2020), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2020 batch of Tamil Nadu Cadre.
