ORDER
The Government of Manipur vide their letter no. 3/2/2013-IAS/DP dated 25th June, 2015 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers, who have been appointed to IAS by promotion to the Manipur Cadre for the Select List of 2012 & 2013 (SCS category) vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/15/2013-AIS-I B dated 11th June 2014 and 16th January, 2015 respectively.
- In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. $1 \& 2$ of the Select List of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Mani Ram Sharma, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 Batch and above Shri Shyam Lal Punia, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Manipur Cadre.
4. Select List of 2013 (Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2013 to
31.12.2013)
4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned above in above in the Select List of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Robert Singh Kshetrinayum, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 Batch and above Shri Hungyo Worshang, senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Manipur cadre.
