ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 (Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019) vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/13/2020-AIS-(I) B dated 06.11.2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter No. E-1/414/2019/5/I dated 09.11.2020, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- Seniority/year of allotment of officer mentioned at SI. No. 4, 13 and 14 in the Select List of 2019 has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 in the Select List of 2019 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi, a junior most promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (SL-2018-SCS) and above Shri Raghvendra Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 in the Select List of 2019 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Sandeep G R, a junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 and above Dr.(Smt.) Saloni Sidana, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.3. The above fixation of seniority/year of allotment is subject to the final outcome of OA No.242/2018 (Vinay Singh), OA No.403/2018 (Arun Parmar), OA No.379/2018 (Rajesh Ogrey), OA No.482/2018 (Shri Vivek Shrotriya) and 380/2018 (Smt. Bharto Ogrey) pending in the Hon’ble CAT, Jabalpur Bench, Jabalpur.
