ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officer of Jharkhand Cadre from Non-State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No. No. 14015/10/2021-AIS-(I) B dated 18.04.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. No. 1/C-210/2014 Part-A-2994 dated 11.05.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, other relevant rules as amended from time to time and the weightage formula:-

- Seniority/year of allotment of officers mentioned in the table at SI. No.1 in the Select List of 2020 (Non-SCS Category) has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List.2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No.1 in the Select List of 2020 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Kant Kishore Mishra, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (NSCS category from SL 2018) and above Shri Suraj Kumar senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Jharkhand Cadre.
