Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Uttar Pradesh Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2023 and 2024 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/22/2025-AIS-I(S-II&III)-B dated 09.07.2025 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter dated 16.07.2025, the seniority / year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

No. 1 of the Select List of 2023 shall be placed below Dr. Aparajita Singh Sinsinwar, IAS(UP:2019), the junior most DR IAS officer of 2019 batch and above Shri Jeydev C S, IAS (UP:2020), the senior most DR IAS officer of 2020 batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI.
