Madhvi Kataria and her appointment to IAS of Punjab Cadre from State Civil Service on the basis of Review Select List 2015 vide this Department’s Notification No14015/40/2018-AIS-I dated $30^{\text {th }}$ August, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Punjab vide letter No.05/26/2017IAS(7)/2947 dated 24.09.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of Smt. Madhvi Kataria has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:
