2. The inclusion of officers in USSLs 2019 to 2021 would be subject to the order/outcome of the Jarnail Singh batch of cases and Writ Petitions No.6597/2012 and 3003/2013 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. While issuing the promotion order, the-2-

Ministry/Department shall ensure that it is clearly mentioned in the order that this regular promotion is subject to the order/outcome of the Jarnail Singh batch of cases.
