The competent authority has approved the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for the inclusion of Grade I (Under Secretary) officers from the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) into the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) for the year 2009. The list of officers approved for promotion is attached. The orders for promotion of the empanelled officers will be issued separately, based on vacancies arising from time to time.
