ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to the IAS, by Selection (Non SCS category), of West Bengal cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for Select List 2021 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/24/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 19th March, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of West Bengal vide their letter No. 737-PAR(IAS)/5C-05/2022 dated 18.04.2024, the Seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is as under:

2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the Select List of 2021 (NonSCS) shall be placed below Shri Utpal Bhadra, (SL 2021, YoA -2012), the junior most SCS officer of 2012 batch and above Sh. Nitin Singhania (RR:WB:2013), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of West Bengal Cadre and the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 5 of the Select List of 2021 (Non-SCS), shall be placed below Ms. Tshering Y Bhutia (RR:WB:2013), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri Dhaval Jain (RR:WB:2014), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of West Bengal Cadre.
