OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject : Select List for the year 2013 of Under Secretary grade of CSS – issue of Notifications regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 23.1.2015 and subsequent reminder dated 2.6.2015 on the above subject and to say that Notifications in respect of officers mentioned in the Annexure to this O.M. have not yet been received despite a reminder.
2. Ministries/ Departments concerned are, therefore, again requested to forward a copy of Notification issued to this Department. If for any reason Notification could not be issued in respect of any officer the same may be brought to the notice of this Department immediately. It is also added that as indicated in the OM dated 23.1.2015, notifications should not be issued in respect of officers who were included in the Select List but retired as Section Officer as promotion is only prospective.
