Subject: Select List for the year 2011 of the Officers of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for appointment to Grade-I (Under Secretary) of the Service.
Consequent upon their inclusion in the USSL 2011 vide DoPT’s O.M. No.5/13/2012-CS.I(U) dated 05.03.2014 and 20.03.2014, the posting of the following two Section Officers are ordered as under:

- Shri Parveen Kumar may be relieved immediately to join D/o. Expenditure to avail promotion subject to the condition that he is clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Department’s O.M. No.22034/4/2012-Estt.(D) dated 2.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject.
- Shri Gopal Singh may also be appointed as US on regular basis subject to clear from vigilance angle in terms of OM referred to above.
- Copy of notifications issued for the appointment in the grade of US should be endorsed to this Department at the earliest for record.
- Other terms and conditions of promotion to the Grade I (Under Secretary) on regular basis will remain the same as contained in this Department’s O.M. dated 23.09.2013.
