Subject: Select List 2003 (extended) of UDC grade of CSCS – regarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 24th April, 2015 and followed by a reminder dated 6th May, 2015 on the above subject. This Department is not able to finalize the Select List 2003 (extended) in view of the fact that even after repeated reminders, some of the cadre units have not furnished the requisite information in respect of the officials working in their cadre units after conduct of DPC. A list of such officials along with their Ministries/Departments are enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.

2. The cadre units mentioned in the Annexure are requested to expedite the process and furnish the relevant particulars in the requisite proforma by 1.6.2015 so that this Department can take further action to complete the process of finalizing the Select List 2003 (extended).

3. Finalizing the Select List of UDCs and consequential action thereafter have been given top priority by this Department and hence the requisite information may be furnished by 1.6.2015 without fail.
