Subject:Section Officers’/Stenos(Gr.I/Gr.B) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination,2016 \& 2017-regarding

The undersigned is directed to invite attention to UPSC’s Press Note dated 27.05.2022 vide which the written results of SOs/Stenos (Gr.I/Gr.B) LDCE 2016 \& 2017 were declared. For enabling assessment, all Cadre Units where these candidates are posted, are required to send the reckonable APARs to UPSC. In the past, one of the reasons for delay in finalizing the results of the examination was the delay in sending of APARs of the candidates who qualify the written part of the exam to UPSC.
2. Reference is also drawn to para 2 of the Commission’s note, wherein it is stated that the candidature of all these qualified candidates is purely “PROVISIONAL”subject to review at the stage of evaluation of service records.
3.
