Sub: Rotational transfers in the grade of Section Officer of CSS – non-compliance of orders – regarding
Attention of the following Section Officers is invited to this Department’s order of even number dated 20.01.2016, vide which they were transferred from their present Ministry/Department under RTP:

- As per para 2 of the said order, the transferred officers were to report to the allocated Ministry/Department by 25.01.2016, whether formally relieved or not. However, no information about relieving/joining of the above mentioned officers has been received in this Department yet. Non-compliance of the orders by these officers has been viewed seriously by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
- The officers concerned are hereby directed to explain in writing by 15.03.2016 individually, as to why they have failed to join the allocated Ministry/Department so far and why further action, as deemed appropriated under rules, should not be taken against them.
