1. The following points shall be kept in mind by the Ministries/Departments concerned while implementing the above order on rotational transfer of Grade-I Officers (Under Secretaries) of CSS: (i) All the aforesaid officers should be relieved by the Ministries/Departments concerned forthwith to enable them to join their new assignment. If the Officers are not moved out by February 2008 (outer limit) the Pay and Accounts Office should stop drawing his/her salaries from that Department/Ministry of the respective Ministry/Deptt. shall be requested to do so.- 5 –

(ii) No request for retention of any of the aforesaid officers in the existing Ministry/Department shall be entertained.

(iii) Implementation report of the aforesaid transfers/postings shall be sent to this Department at the earliest.

(iv) All the Ministries/Departments concerned are requested that a copy of this order may be served on the individual Officer for their information and compliance.
